Vinyasa yoga classes coordinate movement with breath and intention. We help you find strength, inspiration and flexibility, balancing each individual's needs with the demands of practice. We explore practicing poses in the Ashtanga system as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Poses are held for five breaths, each pose flows into the next in sequences that change from class to class. We allow room for modifications to meet individual needs. Our home studio is limited to 12 students to allow for individual attention and hands on adjustments. Each class begins with sun salutations followed by strengthening standing poses and seated forward bends for flexibility. There is a finishing sequence followed by deep relaxation.
