Vinyasa yoga classes coordinate movement with breath and intention. We help you find strength, flexibility and inspiration. Individual needs are balanced with the demands of practice. We explore practicing poses from the Ashtanga system as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Poses are held for five breaths. Each pose flows into the next in sequences that change from class to class. We allow room for modifications to meet individual students' needs. Our home studio is on the parlor floor of a Brooklyn brownstone. Open level classes and private instruction.
